The Walk of Honor will consist of five black polished granite monuments with brass emblems for each Branch of Service. In the center will be a flag pole. The front face of the base will hold the inscription:

Dedicated to the men and women who
 sacrificed their yesterdays to ensure
 our free tomorrows----

From a grateful state and nation.

The other three faces of the base will be inscribed with the famous words

"Duty, Honor, Country"

from Gen. Douglas MacArthur's farewell speech he gave at Westpoint in 1962.
